Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the SleeperBand. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us first with their order number and reason for the request. Once the request is reviewed, guidance will be provided on the next steps. Items returned without prior contact or authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for managing or processing physical returns directly. All returns are handled through the shipping carrier that delivered the order. Customers are responsible for coordinating the return shipment with the carrier, including any associated return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

If your SleeperBand arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside of the 30-day return period. Shipping fees are non-refundable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all return logistics are managed through the shipping carrier and not directly by our store.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned SleeperBand, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets the return requirements. After the inspection is completed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 1–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial refunds may be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside of the return period without prior approval.

We do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed due to shipping carriers, for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. If you believe your refund is delayed or missing, you should first contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.
